Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and highly enthusiastic 3D arist with imagination, creativity and skills in game design and development. As a part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll bring ideas, solutions, inspiration and positive energy to create rich and entertaining AA and AAA game content. You will be joining our team and work on engaging fantasy action/adventure titles together with a team of talented developers, and ensure that the game we release together is fun, engaging and entertaining – and fits the high- quality standards of Digital Arrow. 

Responsibilities and what you will do

  • Working from concept models and images, and turning them into fully functioning and playable 3D works of art
  • Collaborate with designers, technical artists and partner studios to understand and implement correct file naming, and directory structure requirements within the engine’s and game’s limitations
  • As part of a team, maintain the high standards of modelling, texturing and design cues to provide consistent and high quality models
  • Work with technical artists and animators to deliver ‘animation’ ready solutions

Qualifications

  • Both Hard surface and Organic modeling experience
  • Experience using ZBrush or Mudbox for organic shapes
  • Strong working knowledge of 3DS Max and Photoshop (Maya can be an alternative)
  • An eye for detail while maintaining efficient model making
  • A keen eye for Fantasy Design and Fantasy Style and Shapes
  • Excellent sense of form, mass and volume
  • Passion for pushing the state of the art in asset fidelity and production techniques.
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative

  • Create designs that are accurate and clear; providing artistic and technical direction for artists and programmers

This unique position requires an experienced, creative, talented and motivated leader. Your day-to-day will include art vision definition, upkeep of quality and style in all things art and working together with design, production and engineering to produce AA and AAA projects at Digital Arrow.

Responsibilities 

  • Define the vision for the art teams consisting of different disciplines and levels of experience
  • Supervising all artists from initial concept to the release date of the game

Position Summary

We are looking for a well rounded Producer to join our team and oversee the production of various projects at Digital Arrow, including amazing AA and AAA productions and managing the entire process of development (from the first pitch proposals to the project’s release date). You will be allocating human resources with our HR team, controlling project status, working with Designers, Artists and Engineers in order to ensure that the projects meet given deadlines and match our high quality standards.

Responsibilities 

  • Sprint and feature planning to ensure the team is able to meet its goals on time. This includes scheduling featuring kick-offs and managing the development process through final feature reviews/game integration
  • Create, maintain and communicate project roadmaps, schedules, release plans and release notes. Own the process of creating and maintaining tickets in Redmine to ensure no part of a feature or bug falls through the cracks. Follow up with developers and team leaders to ensure tickets are up to date
  • Run daily scrum meetings, keeping the discussion on track and moving forward. Communicate with the team regarding live-game issues, take notes and follow up on any issues that are left unresolved
  • Manage game and feature and release documentation in Google drive. Keep pages up to date with the latest information and communicate changes to the team, especially in daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Fully understand and monitor the development process from test plan creation through final release candidate verification in order to deliver a high quality and fun product to our clients/publishers
  • Responsible for keeping the team motivated and engaged through recognition, conflict resolution and relationship building
  • Constantly play the game and test new features in development to ensure they meet the quality standards set forth by the game team to-date
  • Having a positive attitude toward work, even in time-pressure situations

Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with gameplay features and gaming industry in general

As a QA tester you will primarily be responsible for playtesting games, researching and reporting bugs during development, to make sure a smooth product launch. You will work closely with programmers and other team members to bring amazing AA and AAA products to the gaming market.

Responsibilities

  • Test the flow of the game and ensure issue free graphics quality
  • Define test scenarios
  • Write test documentation (assessments, test plans)
  • Design, implement and execute automated tests
  • Test result analysis
  • Time optimization and raising the testing quality
  • Preparation of testing data
  • Work with Production (and other potential team leads) to create and follow test plans, perform ad-hoc, creative and structured testing on target devices
